Step 1
Preparing the dough. Add butter, water to flour and mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out the resulting dough with a diameter of about 20 cm and place in the refrigerator for 15 - 20 minutes. In the meantime, you need to preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake the base for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preparing the filler. Cook broccoli in slightly salted water. We clean the pepper from seeds and cut into rings. Beat eggs and milk / cream and 100 g of cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished dough with 50 g of cheese, put boiled broccoli, pour over the egg mixture. Spread the pepper rings around the perimeter of the pie and bake all this in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 5
Quiche is served as a main course with slices of meat or salad.
