Step 1

Wash the chicken and cut into medium cubes. Each cube should be about 3 cm wide and long. Combine fillet pieces with mayonnaise, ketchup, salt and pepper. Refrigerate the fillet for 4 hours, it should marinate well.

While the fillets are marinating in the refrigerator, take the skewers and immerse them in cold water for 2 hours. Untreated skewers can smoke or catch fire when barbecuing in the oven.
Step 4
Prepare the batter. Beat two eggs and add as much flour as necessary to form the mixture to a thick sour cream consistency. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the batter, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Chicken fillet, pineapple pieces, olives, mushrooms and onion rings should be strung on skewers. String the chicken fillet alternately with vegetables and fruits. Dip each skewer into the batter.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and place in the oven. The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees. Fry kebabs for 40 minutes. Serve in a flat plate. You can decorate the shish kebab with a leaf of lettuce, a cherry tomato and a sprig of dill.
