It is necessary
- - 1 egg;
- - 7 strawberries;
- - 170 g flour;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of warm milk;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - a pinch of salt and vanillin.
- For the cream:
- - 10 strawberries;
- - 120 g soft cream cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter.

Step 1
Mash an egg with sugar, salt and softened butter in a deep bowl. Then add milk, vanillin and strawberries, whipped in a blender. Whisk, gradually adding flour.
Step 2
Divide the prepared homogeneous mass into small tins. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Then remove and refrigerate.
Step 3
Prepare your cupcake cream. To do this, whisk the cream cheese, butter and strawberries on a slow speed. Add sugar and beat well again. Decorate the cupcakes with cream using a pastry bag and serve.
