Spicy sauce for sushi and rolls, also called spicy sauce, became extremely popular at the same time as the spread of fashion in Japanese cuisine. However, few people know that such a sauce can be easily prepared at home. Most often, spicy sauce is prepared with mayonnaise, and it is best, of course, to use Japanese mayonnaise, but if it is not available, then regular mayonnaise will do.
Instructions
First recipe. Chop the garlic very finely. You can use a garlic press, but it is better to chop it with a knife, it will be juicier.
Add a few drops of chili sauce to the mayonnaise. You can use Tabasco instead. Pepper to taste, but not very much. Add garlic. Pour in a small amount of soy sauce and mix thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
Second recipe. Place the Japanese mayonnaise in a small cup. Add kimchi sauce (be careful, it is very spicy and salty!). Stir everything until smooth. Top with tobiko caviar for color.
