The combination of fresh vegetables, lemon juice, slightly salted chum and chuka seaweed makes this salad original and memorable. A delicious and unusual combination of all ingredients gives an amazing aroma. The combination of different textures of products is quite harmonious and unique.
Ingredients:
- Slightly salted chum salmon - 300 g;
- Iceberg salad - 1 head of cabbage;
- Fresh cucumber - 3 pcs;
- Fresh tomato - 4 pcs;
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs;
- Chuk algae - 200 g;
- White onion - 1 pc;
- Lemon juice - 4 tbsp l.
Preparation:
- Wash the Iceberg lettuce. Dry the leaves. Pick the dried lettuce leaves by hand into a deep bowl.
- Peel the white onions and cut them into half rings. Place in a bowl with lettuce leaves.
- Take chuka salad without draining. This dressing will help saturate your ingredients too. Place the seaweed in a bowl with the Iceberg salad and onion. Mix the food in the bowl thoroughly with your hands.
- Peel the cucumbers. Cut into small cubes.
- Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl. Mix well.
- Boil chicken eggs. Peel the shell. Cut each egg into quarters.
- Wash and cut the tomato into wedges.
- Cut the lightly salted chum into small pieces. It can be replaced with salmon or any other red fish.
- Take a flat plate or place the contents of a bowl on top of it.
- Add fish pieces to the greens.
- Place eggs and tomatoes on top. It remains only to pour lemon juice on top and serve.
You can also add avocado, red onion, carrot slices to the salad. Mayonnaise or any other sauce can be used instead of lemon juice. It all depends on your desires, imaginations and preferences.
