- 1 pineapple;

- 1 can of canned corn;

- 6 Peking cabbage leaves;

- 5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;

- 1 tbsp. l. ketchup;

- 1 tbsp. l. cognac;

- 1 bunch of dill;

- pistachios.

Cut the pineapple in half, carefully remove the pulp and cut it into small pieces. Cut crab sticks into cubes, Chinese cabbage leaves into strips. Combine all the ingredients of the salad: pineapple pulp, crab sticks, cabbage leaves and canned corn. Prepare a dressing. To do this, combine mayonnaise, ketchup and cognac. Mix everything thoroughly and season the salad. Then place it in pineapple halves, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and chopped dill.

Swiss salad with cheese and cherries

To make this unusual salad, you need the following ingredients:

- 200 g of hard cheese;

- 200 g lean ham;

- 200 g cherries;

- 2 stalks of celery;

- 250 g of boiled pasta;

- 2 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;

- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

- 1 yolk;

- 50 g of walnut kernels;

- parsley or dill;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

First, cut the cheese and ham into small cubes with a sharp knife. Wash the cherries and remove the seeds. Cut the celery into slices about 1 centimeter thick. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the pre-cooked pasta. For the preparation of this salad, it is better to take large feathers.

Refuel. To do this: mix wine vinegar with vegetable oil and egg yolk, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad before serving. This dish will look especially impressive when garnished with leftover cherries, chopped walnut kernels, and finely chopped parsley or dill.

Variegated mushroom salad

To prepare this fruit and vegetable salad with mushrooms, you will need:

- 100 g of fresh mushrooms;

- 200 g of spicy hard cheese;

- 2 sweet peppers;

- 2 apples;

- 2 oranges;

- 3 tsp honey;

- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;

- 0.3 liters of kefir;

- 1 tsp mustard;

- orange peel.

Peel the apples, core them and cut them into small cubes with the cheese. Wipe the champignons thoroughly with a damp cloth. If small mushrooms put out whole, and then cut in half, and if large - cut into slices, and then extinguish. Wash the bell pepper pods and, after removing the cores, cut into thin rings. Combine with peeled and sliced orange wedges. Place all prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.

Prepare a sauce from kefir, mustard, honey, lemon juice and orange peel, which must be taken literally on the tip of a knife. Pour over the salad and mix well.

- 150 ml of dry white wine;
