Broccoli and chicken make a very healthy salad. Calculate the amount of chicken based on the size of the broccoli head. You can fill with mayonnaise and sour cream.

- - 2 chicken breasts;
- - 1 head of broccoli cabbage;
- - 250 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Step 1
First, boil the chicken breasts in lightly salted water until tender. You can slightly diversify the recipe for this salad by frying the breast in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cool the chicken, cut it into small pieces, or tear it with your hands.

Boil broccoli in salted water for five minutes. Cool, cut large inflorescences of cabbage into three to four parts.

Now mix the chicken and broccoli. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater, send to the main ingredients of the salad. Peel and chop the garlic using a garlic press. Combine the garlic with chicken, broccoli, and cheese. Salt to taste, add black pepper, season with mayonnaise or sour cream. You can even use natural yogurt as a dressing.
