  • Fish pie filling:
  • - 1 can of canned fish;
  • - 0.5 cups of rice;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - 1 egg for lubrication.
  • Filling for apple and cinnamon pie:
  • - 4 large sweet and sour apples;
  • - sugar to taste;
  • - ground cinnamon;
  • - 1 tablespoon lemon juice;

Make butter dough - it can be the base for both sweet and hearty pies. Pour the warmed milk into a deep bowl, add the egg, yeast, salt, sugar and butter. Stir everything and add the pre-sifted flour in portions. If you plan on baking a sweet pie, you can add a pinch of vanillin or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the dough.

Knead the dough, cover it with a linen towel and place the bowl in a warm place. After an hour and a half, crush the risen dough with a spoon and leave it for another hour. After it rises a second time, start creating the cake.

Try baking a delicious and quick fish and rice pie. Rinse the rice and boil in salted water. For a quick process, this can be done in a microwave oven - the cereal will be ready in 10 minutes.
