Fish dishes have always been appreciated. Fish like catfish are not a frequent guest on the table, but if you cook catfish fillet in Indian style, your guests will be very pleasantly surprised and will appreciate your culinary talent.

- - catfish fillet 1 kg;
- - butter 100 g;
- - white wine 120 g;
- - carrots 1 pc;
- - celery 60 g;
- - onion 1 pc;
- - rice 200 g;
- - flour 1 tbsp;
- - ginger 2 cm;
- - curry 0.5 tsp;
- - nutmeg, pepper;
- - parsley and dill;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the catfish fillet into portions. Peel and dice the carrots, celery, onions. Boil rice until tender, rinse, add a little curry and stir.
Step 2
Put butter (50 g), catfish fillet, chopped vegetables in a saucepan, pour over with wine and simmer. Gently remove the finished fish from the pan.
Step 3
Saute the flour in the remaining oil, add chopped ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, salt and add to the juice in which the fish was lowered. Rub the prepared sauce and season with butter.
Step 4
Put the simmered fish on the rice, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and dill.
