In this recipe, we will play up the traditional Russian cereal - buckwheat - with an unusual bouquet of Indian spices.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of buckwheat;
- - 1 small carrot;
- - 100 g of cauliflower;
- - 100 g of paneer cheese;
- - 0.25 tsp each cumin, astefid, turmeric, curry, pepper mix;
- - 2 cubes of 10 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with vegetables. We chop them and cheese into cubes. Melt a cube of butter in a frying pan and add spices: first the cumin, and then, after a minute, the rest of the spices. This way they will better reveal their scent. We keep on fire for a few seconds and add vegetables and cheese. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
We wash the buckwheat and, alternating with the cheese-vegetable mixture, put it in a ceramic dish for baking in layers. Please note that the form must have a lid! Top with salt and pour boiling water, crown everything with a cube of butter.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the porridge there for 20-25 minutes, covering it with a lid. Serve with freshly chopped herbs. Bon Appetit!
