For a change, you can make a simple version of fried suluguni with sauce. To prepare this dish, cut the cheese into two centimeter thick slices. Beat a raw egg. Dip the suluguni in flour, in a beaten egg, and again in flour. Preheat a skillet and quickly fry the cheese in vegetable oil so that it does not have time to spread. Before serving, pour the fried suluguni sauce of thick tomato juice, sweet bell pepper and chopped herbs.

This method of cooking suluguni will take a little longer. Defrost the yeast puff pastry. Place both layers on a cutting board and roll out. Place one layer of dough in a greased skillet and grate four hundred grams of suluguni on a coarse grater. Beat four eggs into the grated cheese, add the crushed garlic clove.
