Make a dough. To do this, dilute the yeast in warm milk, add sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir until smooth and place in a warm place until foam appears on the surface (15-20 minutes). When the dough is ready, you can start making the dough.
Step 2
Sift the remaining flour into a bowl, add salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Start stirring and gradually add the yeast dough. First, knead with a wooden spatula until smooth. Next, knead with your hands until the dough is soft and elastic.
Step 3
Form a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with a towel or plastic wrap to protect it from chapping, and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with oiled paper. After the dough has increased in volume by about 2 times, form small round balls with a diameter of about 3-4 cm from it and spread immediately on a baking sheet at a distance of 1-2 cm from each other. Let them rise a little and brush with whipped yolk mixed with one teaspoon of water.
Step 5
Place a baking sheet with donuts in an oven preheated to 230-240 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
While the donuts are baking, prepare the garlic mixture. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Then chop the herbs and stir in the garlic. Lightly add salt and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 7
Remove the finished donuts from the oven and brush them with the garlic mixture. You can serve it with borscht. Bon Appetit.
