Step 1
Prepare vegetables, wash and dry with a towel.

Saute everything in vegetable, but preferably olive oil, then add tomato juice or tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then mince all vegetables except bell pepper. Cut the greens very finely, add salt, sugar, pepper.
Bake bell peppers in the oven, then peel off the peel and grains, scroll through a meat grinder and combine the resulting with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Mix everything well and simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. It is advisable to use a frying pan with a thick bottom. Then put them in sterilized jars, of course, after sterilizing them, roll them up with hot lids and wrap them in a blanket for 4 hours. After the jars are completely cool, put them in a place for further storage.
