New Year's holidays are a great time! You can visit, watch TV and cook all sorts of goodies for loved ones. Unfortunately, the holidays also have unpleasant consequences. Well-fed and sedentary days lead to inevitable weight gain. There are many fasting days and one of them is banana.
Despite the fact that bananas are very high in calories, fasting days are possible on them. A significant advantage is that there is no feeling of hunger and there is no headache (from malnutrition). In addition, bananas contain a lot of potassium, which has a beneficial effect on the heart muscle.
Fasting day on water and bananas
For such a day, we prepare 1.5 kg of bananas and 2 liters of pure water or mineral water without gas. You can eat 5-6 times a day, eating 1-2 fruits when you feel hungry. You can drink green tea or herbal infusions without sugar. On fasting days on bananas, swelling goes well. The next day, do not abuse salty, smoked, spicy marinades so as not to return excess liquid.
Fasting day on bananas and kefir (milk)
You will need:
- bananas - 4 pcs;
- skimmed kefir (milk) - 0.5 l.
Bananas can be consumed separately, or can be washed down with kefir. You can make a banana milkshake. Of the liquids, tea and coffee without sugar are allowed, it is possible with milk, water and mineral water without gas.
Fasting day on bananas and cottage cheese
You will need:
- bananas - 4 pcs;
- cottage cheese - 500 g.
All foods are divided into 4 meals. You can eat them separately, or you can cook a curd-banana mass. Be sure to drink plenty of water, but separate from food.
Fasting day on bananas and apples
You will need:
- green apples 1.5 kg;
- bananas - 1.5 kg.
When hunger appears, we eat one fruit at a time. It is undesirable to mix them. As in the previous days, drinking plenty of fluids is recommended.
It is important to remember that people with diabetes and prone to allergic reactions can eat bananas with caution and in very limited quantities.
