Meat dishes are nutritious and delicious. There are many recipes for their preparation. Most of the world's population prefers the crispy crust of fried meat. High in calories, not very useful, only difficult to refuse. But sometimes you can still afford it.

- beef tenderloin - 600-700 g
- olive oil - 5 tbsp spoons
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. spoons
- oregano - about 2 tbsp spoons
- garlic - 3 cloves
- ground black pepper - optional (up to 2 teaspoons)
- parsley
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
A steak with butter and herbs will take a maximum of 25 minutes to cook. Prepare the pan. If you have any preferences for spicy herbs, then you can deviate from the recipe. It is not recommended to beat the meat and perform other actions with it, as it will lose its natural juices and structure. Defrost the tenderloin naturally.
Step 2
Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper on all sides. Ideally, the steak is charcoal-grilled and is recommended when consumed to taste, as the pepper will burn. For frying in a special frying pan, this is not taken into account.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan well over a fire, pour oil into it (1 tablespoon). If you grease the steak itself, then you do not need to add it to the pan. The roasting time depends on the thickness of the meat and on the desired result. If you prefer a steak with blood, then 5-6 minutes of frying the meat on both sides (at a thickness of 3 cm) will be sufficient. For more intense roasts, the time will be up to 10 minutes on each side. Moreover, the tenderloin is not fried on one side for all 10 minutes. For a couple of minutes, the meat sweated on one side - turn it over to the other, and so on several times.
Step 4
Whilst the steak is cooking, combine coarsely chopped parsley, fresh chopped thyme, bread crumbs, coarsely ground black pepper and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Step 5
Once the steak is browned, remove it and spread over the prepared herbal mixture. Place it again to fry in the skillet. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes until a pinkish crust is obtained. When ready, remove the steak from the pan and place it on a platter. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve along with your vegetable salad to your guests!
