Goulash in pots

Take:

  • 0.5 kg beef and onion
  • 0.5 cups refined vegetable oil
  • 250 g tomato

  • 250 g celery
  • 3 l. broth
  • 0.5 kg potatoes
  • pepper - red and black, garlic, salt to taste

Fry the onion chopped into rings, add to it the beef meat chopped in large pieces, sprinkled with pepper and garlic and fry a little more over low heat.

Put the fried meat with onions, celery, potatoes, carrots in pre-prepared pots and pour broth to the top. Place in a preheated oven and put a tomato, salt and two types of pepper in each pot half an hour before cooking.

Roast

Take:

  • 300 gr. fresh meat
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • pepper, salt to taste
  • 0, 5 packs of butter.
  • For the sauce you need:
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream spoons
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk
  • cheese
  1. Mix finely chopped meat with chopped onion and butter and place on the bottom of the pot. Put the chopped potatoes on top and stir, add a piece of butter, top with the grated cheese sauce and place in a well-preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  2. You can cook any meat in the same way and add various ingredients. When you manage to cook meat in pots, roasts or goulash with your own hands, you will no longer want to dine in a restaurant, even occasionally.
