It is necessary

  • - 500 g of champignon mushrooms;
  • - 3 pcs. beets;
  • - 5 pieces. carrots;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - 400 g sour cream;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 1 PC. bulb;
  • - 300 g of premium flour;
  • - 400 g of hard cheese;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take mushrooms and soak in warm water for two to three hours. Then take out, rinse thoroughly, clean, remove all films and dirt. Let the mushrooms dry a little. Then cut them into small pieces.

Step 2

Wash the onion well, dry it and cut into half rings. Heat a skillet vigorously, melt the butter in it and fry the onions. Add mushrooms to the onion and, stirring occasionally, fry for ten to fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Step 3

Beat two eggs in a blender, add a little salt and add the cooled mushrooms to them, beat until the mixture is smooth. Add some flour. You should have a dough like a pancake. In a skillet with a thick bottom, bake several thick pancakes from the dough.

Step 4

Wash the beets and carrots well, cut off the tops with leaves and the ends with roots. Cook in salted water. Let cool and brush. Grate the peeled vegetables on a fine grater in different cups.

Step 5

Beat the remaining eggs, add flour and salt, a little water. You should make a batter. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Mix one part with carrots, the other with beets. Bake pancakes with both types of dough and let cool slightly.

Step 6

Grease a baking sheet with oil and lay out the lengths in the middle, alternating them. Between pancakes, brush with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Spread sour cream on top, salt and sprinkle more cheese. Bake at maximum temperature for twenty minutes.
