  • - 500 g of fresh carrots;

  • - 10 g of apple cider vinegar;
  • - 20 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 5 g of sugar;
  • - 100 g of fresh herbs;
  • - 2 pcs. bulbs;
  • - 2 g of ground coriander;
  • - 1 g of ground cloves;
  • - 1 g of red ground pepper;
  • - 1 g of black ground pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take fresh carrots and rinse well. Clean with a sharp knife or a special vegetable scraper. Pour clean, cold water into a saucepan and soak the carrots in it. You can add some ice cubes. Let the carrots sit in the water for one hour. This is necessary in order for the carrots to become a little harder and to be grated better.

Step 2

Take a special Korean carrot grater and grate the vegetable. If you do not have such a grater, then you can grate the carrots on a regular coarse grater or cut first into thin slices lengthwise, and then into small strips.

Step 3

Place the carrots in a large glass cup and drizzle with apple cider vinegar. Add some sugar and salt. With clean hands, remember a little and mix everything.

Step 4

Wash the garlic, peel and chop finely, add to the carrots, stir. Add the peppers, coriander and cloves, mix everything, remember again and cover.

Step 5

Heat oil in a hot skillet. Wash the onion, dry it, cut it into small half rings and fry it lightly. Pour the oil and fried onions evenly into the bowl of carrots, stir. Close the lid and refrigerate for one to two hours. The mixture should be infused.

Step 6

Rinse the greens in cold water, dry and chop finely. Add greens to the carrots and stir gently before serving.
