Beat eggs separately and mix with the mixture. You can drive in the eggs one at a time, whisking the filling thoroughly. Add some vanilla sugar to the cheese mass and put the filling on the prepared crust.

Bake for an hour at a temperature of 150-160 degrees, then turn off the oven. Leave the cake in the oven for 15 minutes. To check the readiness of the dish, you need to knock on the side of the form with a knife - only the center of the finished dish will tremble. Then the cheesecake should be cooled at room temperature and refrigerated for 6 hours. The finished cheesecake can be sprinkled with icing sugar and garnished with strawberry jam or fresh strawberries.
