Instructions
Step 1
The "Sunflower" salad looks quite simple and looks very nice. Make it with the foods you like best: with grated carrots and garlic, or with corn, eggs and chicken. Lay out the leaves of potato chips in a circle (you can in two rows), black olives will imitate sunflower seeds. Decorate the middle with grated cheese or yolk.
Step 2
Try to decorate such popular salads as fish (or "Mimosa") and meat "Olivier" in spring style - with lilac inflorescences. Grate the egg white on a coarse grater, divide into 2 parts, stain one with beetroot juice. Arrange the flower clusters of proteins in a picturesque order on the salad, and between them put the twigs of dill and parsley.
Step 3
The Pomegranate Bracelet salad looks spectacular on the festive table. Put a glass on the dish and lay in layers grated potatoes, chicken fillet, cheese, beets mixed with walnuts. Remove the glass. Sprinkle everything generously with pomegranate seeds.
Step 4
Salad in the form of pine cones is surprisingly beautiful. It will be especially appropriate on the New Year's table. You can take any ingredients, just keep in mind that they should be combined to taste with the almonds from which the scales are made. Mix the salad with mayonnaise, shape it into a bump, and gently stick in the almonds. Decorate with a spruce twig.
Step 5
A rare holiday is complete without "Herring under a fur coat". Try to depict a forest glade with mushrooms on this salad. To do this, sprinkle the top with grated yolks, make legs from eggs (you can quail), and mushroom caps from tomatoes or sweet peppers. Dill greens will replace the grass and spruce needles.
