Step 1

Rinse the rice with water and boil it until cooked through - about half an hour. In order to speed up the process of cooking rice, you need to cook it in a multicooker.

While the rice is cooking, cut the courgettes in half. If you have old zucchini, peel them.

Remove the pulp from the zucchini.

Cut some of the remaining pulp into small cubes.

Chop the onions into small pieces. If you have leeks, then cut into half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Chop the herbs finely.

Grate the cheese.

Lightly fry the onions in a skillet with the addition of oil.

Add the minced meat to the skillet and continue to fry for about 10 minutes.
