To make carrot patties, you first need to cook the minced meat. Rinse the chicken breast, remove the bones, and cut the meat into small pieces. Scroll each piece through a meat grinder, transfer to a bowl, salt, pepper and mix.

Rinse the carrots in cool water, dry and cut into very fine strips. You can chop carrots in a food processor, it will be faster and better.

Peel the onion, wash, and then scroll through a meat grinder or chop finely.

So that the carrot cutlets with minced meat do not spread and are denser, but not "clogged", beat the eggs thoroughly with a whisk until they become whitened.

Combine minced meat, carrots, eggs, flour and onion, stir well and form into even round patties.
