  • - 240 g fat cottage cheese;
  • - 110 ml of yogurt;
  • - 3 pieces of banana;
  • - 1 bar of milk chocolate;
  • - 2 g lemon juice.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and, using a mixer, mix well with the sugar. Add sugar in several steps.

Step 2

Put baking soda in a teaspoon and pour in a few drops of vinegar. The soda should sizzle all over. After this procedure, place the soda in the sifted flour and mix together with the sugar and egg mass.

Prepare a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper or foil, brush with soft butter. Pour the prepared dough into a mold and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, until fully cooked. Divide the finished cake into two parts lengthwise.

Step 4

Pour the gelatin into a container and pour in half a glass of cold water. Prepare a water bath, place gelatin on it, heat until a homogeneous mass is formed and let cool completely. Place granulated sugar in the cream and beat them.

Step 5

Add yogurt to the curd, add chilled gelatin and whipped cream in a thin stream. Divide the finished cream into three parts.

Step 6

Peel the bananas and slice them across into circles. To prevent the banana from darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice on both sides.

Step 7

Grease the bottom of the cake with cream, put the prepared banana on it and place the second layer of cream on top of it. Cover with a top crust and place in a cool place for 45-50 minutes.
