It's not just dried fish that goes well with beer. Cook shrimps for it, get great pleasure!
It is necessary
-
- shrimp
- beer
- salt
- pepper
- large saucepan
Instructions
Step 1
Chips and croutons are, of course, perfect as a beer snack. But cook shrimps for it - you won't regret it! Very little time is spent, but what is the result! By operating with various additives, you can achieve completely opposite tastes.
Pour water into a large saucepan, put on fire. While the water is boiling, the beer can be cooled in the refrigerator. Add 2-3 peppercorns and 1-2 tablespoons of salt to the water (depending on the amount of shrimp; 1 kg of shrimp needs 2 tablespoons of salt). The presence of a bay leaf is not prohibited.
Step 2
When the water boils, pour the shrimp into it. Wait for the water to boil again. Reduce heat and cook shrimp for 2 minutes. Place the cooked shrimp on a flat dish with a slotted spoon, pour lemon juice on top.
Alternatively, you can add a bunch of dill to the water during cooking. Another interesting option for cooking shrimp is to divide them into two parts. Cook one with salt and pepper, the other with pepper and curry. The result is salty shrimp and spicy spicy. Some can be garnished with lemon when serving, others with chili or mint leaves.
Step 3
Now is the time to get the beer out of the fridge and enjoy the flavor and your shrimp. Bon Appetit!
