A chicken egg is not as easy as it sounds. This will be confirmed by anyone who has ever tried the "rubber" eggs. A properly cooked egg is a real culinary achievement, it is filled with beneficial enzymes and substances.
Boiled eggs
- Fill a small saucepan three quarters full with water and bring to a boil.
- Using a spoon, gently pour eggs into the water and set the timer.
- Watch the water closely while the eggs are boiling. Maintain a gentle boil.
- When the timer rings, take out the eggs from the boiling water with a spoon and place them in cold water for 1 minute.
- Clean and enjoy.
Omelet
2 eggs + 1 yolk 1 tsp cream salt and pepper 1 tbsp butter
- Break the eggs into a bowl, season and pour in the cream. Beat with a fork until evenly light yellow.
- Melt butter in a skillet on a strong window, when it melts and begins to foam, add eggs and reduce the temperature to low. Stir constantly with a spatula while cooking.
- When the omelet is ready, but still looks too moist, put on a plate and let stand for 5-10 minutes. The egg continues to cook even when it cools down.
Poached egg
- Fill a small saucepan three-quarters with water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low simmer
- Add 2 tsp. white vinegar in water.
- Break the egg into a small bowl or bowl.
- Stir the water with a wooden spoon, creating a vortex. Carefully pour the egg into the center of the funnel, it should twist a little around its axis. Watch the temperature of the water - it should not boil too much.
- After ten seconds, carefully check with a slotted spoon to see if the egg is stuck to the bottom of the pot.
- Put the finished egg on a paper towel with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
Fried eggs"
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Break the egg into a frying pan, season to taste.
- Fry eggs, uncovered, for three minutes. The readiness of scrambled eggs is determined by the rich color of the protein and a thin toasted line around the edges. The egg yolk should remain liquid.
Double sided scrambled eggs
Such scrambled eggs are prepared in almost the same way as "fried eggs".
- Heat oil, crack an egg and season to taste.
- Fry for about two minutes, take a thin and wide spatula and gently turn over, being careful not to break the yolk.
- To preserve the soft-boiled yolk, immediately turn off the stove and let it brew for about a minute, for a strong hard-boiled yolk, fry for another 1-2 minutes, then let it brew.
