Dumplings are one of the favorite dishes, and the filling can be very varied. Try the unusual squid filling and you will be pleasantly surprised by the new taste.
It is necessary
- - 500 g squid;
- - 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
- - 1 onion head;
- - green onions for decoration;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - 1, 5 Art. flour;
- - ground nutmeg, white pepper, salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the squid, remove the films. Chop two carcasses with a knife into small pieces, chop the rest together with onions in a meat grinder.
Step 2
Combine the squid, add a raw egg, vegetable oil, spices and stir.
Step 3
Prepare the dough: pour the flour in a slide and beat in an egg. Add water, knead tough dough, divide into two equal parts.
Step 4
Roll out one part to a thin layer, mark a row of circles from one edge with a special notch. Put a portion of minced meat in the center of the circle, cover with the second half of the dough and cut out round blanks for dumplings with a notch.
Step 5
Combine the edges of the dumplings thoroughly and boil in salted water until tender.
Step 6
Serve with warmed butter and garnish with finely chopped onions.
