It is necessary

  • - pork fillet 700 g;

  • - apple brandy or liqueur 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - sour apple 2 pcs.;
  • - flour 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - beef broth 2 cups;
  • - heavy cream 3/4 cup;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the meat thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pork pieces in it until golden brown, no more than 7 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the onion, wash, cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan and sauté onion in it until transparent.

Step 3

Peel the apples, core them, and cut into very thin slices. Place the apple in a saucepan with the onion and cook until golden brown.

Step 4

Put the fried pieces of pork in a saucepan, cover with apple brandy and light. When the flame is out, season with salt, pepper, broth and flour. Mix everything and simmer covered for 40-50 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Remove the pieces of pork and place on a dish. Put the remaining sauce on the fire, pour over the cream and bring to a boil. Pour the resulting sauce over the meat. Bon Appetit!
