Candy "Venus Nipples" is a French cuisine dish. There is no flour in the composition. The delicacy turns out to be amazingly tasty and tender. It is impossible to tear yourself away from eating candy.

- - 30 g raisins
- - 30 ml of cognac
- - 200 g almonds
- - 100 g granulated sugar
- - 150 g white chocolate
- - 30 g icing sugar
- - 20 ml of water

Step 1
First, soak the raisins in cognac for 2-3.30 hours.
Step 2
Take almonds and put them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then transfer the almonds to a colander and pour cold water over it. Peel the almonds and pat dry with a towel.
Step 3
Take a frying pan and place the almonds, dry them for 5-7 minutes. Transfer the almonds to a blender and grind them to make a fine flour and leave small pieces of almonds.
Step 4
Make a syrup. In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water. Cook until thick, about 7-10 minutes. Then add the almonds and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Take a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Then lay out the almond syrup. Then remove the raisins from the cognac and pour 15 ml of cognac onto the mass. Stir the raisins into the mixture, then mold the candies.
Step 6
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Pour candy on them. And let it set for about 20-30 minutes.
