  • - 200 g sour cream;
  • - 70 g of sugar;
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon.

Instructions

Step 1

Warm the milk slightly: it should be warm, but not hot. Dissolve yeast in it with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Step 2

Melt margarine or butter and cool so that it is not hot. Add to yeast, stir. Beat the egg with the remaining sugar and combine with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3

Sift flour into a large bowl and, pouring in the yeast mixture, knead a not very tough dough. Then transfer it to cheesecloth and toss in a saucepan of cold water. At first, the dough will fall to the bottom, but after 40 minutes it will come up: this means that it is ready.

Step 4

Roll out 3/4 of the dough to the size of the mold. The edges should be high enough. Roll out the rest of the quarter, cut the strips and twist the flagella.

Step 5

Grate the apples and mix with half the sugar and cinnamon, put on the base, decorate with a mesh of flagella on top. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees until cooked.

Step 6
