Apples can be used to make a wide variety of dishes and desserts. Pie with apples is especially popular in every family, without which not a single child and adult celebration can do. Among the legendary pies, the charlotte stands out the most. It is easy to prepare and does not require a lot of money.

- 4 eggs,
- 1 cup of sugar,
- 1 cup flour
- 5-6 pcs. sour apples
- salt,
- soda
- vinegar,
- butter,
- breadcrumbs,
- vanillin
Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl and beat in 4 eggs. Add one glass of sugar and beat thoroughly with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Add a little salt and vanilla on the tip of a knife. Take 1/2 tsp. soda and extinguish with vinegar, add to the eggs.
Step 3
Gradually start adding flour and beat gently with a whisk or mixer until the lumps are completely dissolved. The consistency should be like thick sour cream.
Step 4
Prepare the pan, brush the inside with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (so that the pie does not stick to the pan).
Step 5
Peel and seed apples. Cut into small cubes and pour into prepared skillet.
Step 6
Pour the cooked dough on top of the apples and place in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until tender. Check the willingness by piercing the cake with a match or toothpick. If the match is dry, then a fragrant and tender cake is ready and can be served. Serve with tea, milk or juice.
