Fruit salad can be an invigorating breakfast, a great afternoon snack, or a light dinner. What could be simpler - mix all the necessary ingredients, season with aromatic sauce and serve. Everyone knows about the benefits of fruit salads firsthand, so they must be included in the diet both in winter and in summer.
Fruit salad with strawberry sauce
Structure:
- 200 g of melon;
- 150 ml of cream;
- 100 g of grapes;
- 100 g of blackberries;
- 100 g of strawberries;
- 2 pears;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Cut the melon flesh into small cubes. Rinse the grapes, cut each berry in two, remove the seeds. Sort out the blackberries, rinse. Wash the pears too, peel and cut. Mix berries and fruits.
Puree the strawberries (use a mixer), whip the cream and strawberries until smooth. Pour the prepared fruit over the prepared sauce.
Fruit salad with cranberry sauce
Structure:
- 100 ml lime juice;
- 100 g of cranberries;
- 1 mango;
- 1 papaya;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Peel fruit, remove seeds from papaya and mango, cut into small pieces. Place the papaya and mango in a salad bowl.
Puree the cranberries, mix with sugar and lime juice. Pour the sauce over the fruit.
