Finely chop 50 grams of pickled cucumbers, 1 tablespoon of capers and a few chives. Mix chopped food with 200 grams of mayonnaise, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a little salt.
Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grease slices of bread with chilled tartar sauce, put thinly sliced boiled or smoked sausage on top, garnish with herbs.
Mustard oil sausage sandwich
This sandwich is most delicious with boiled-smoked sausage of the "Cervelat" type. 200 grams of softened butter should be well rubbed with 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard, immediately spread the mixture on slices of white bread, place the sausage on top, garnish with thin - almost transparent - lemon slices. Alternatively, you can lay out a layer of thinly sliced tomatoes under the sausage.
Sandwich with cheese cream and sausage
Grate 150 grams of hard cheese; chop 2 large cloves of garlic in a garlic press, finely chop a small bunch of dill. Mix the grated cheese, 150 grams of softened butter, 50 ml of 20-22% fat cream, dill and garlic. Spread slices of bread with the resulting sandwich paste, spread the sausage, garnish with thin cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
