It is necessary

  • - 200 g flour;
  • - 200 ml of milk;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - Refined olive oil for roasting;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - Pitted olives (1 can);
  • - 400 g of spinach;
  • - 250 g of grated cheese;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine flour with milk, beat in 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough.

Step 2

Bake pancakes in refined oil.

Step 3

For the filling, cut the tomatoes, onions and olives into cubes.

Step 4

Brown the onion in refined olive oil, add the spinach and simmer for 1 minute.

Step 5

Add tomatoes, olives, pepper a little and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.

Step 6

Grate the cheese, add 2/3 of it to the filling along with the remaining eggs.

Step 7

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 8

Lay the pancakes and filling in layers.
