- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 6 dried mushrooms,
- - 150 g vermicelli,
- - chicken liver meatballs,
- - 6 eggs,
- - parsley greens,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken and beef cut into pieces in a saucepan, salt and pour 5 liters of water.
Step 2
When the broth is almost ready, add not hot red pepper and black ground pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic and mushrooms, also cut into quarters. Cook with the lid closed.
Step 3
When the chicken and mushrooms are already soft, remove them from the broth, sprinkle with cold water and leave for 5 minutes. Strain the broth (remove the beef, it will no longer be needed). Remove chicken from bones and chop finely.
Step 4
We make meatballs from chicken liver: chop the liver, add a teaspoon of butter, ground crackers, an egg. Mix and add salt and pepper. Roll small balls from the liver mass.
Step 5
Put the broth on the fire, when it boils, put meatballs, chicken meat, chopped mushrooms into it and put the noodles.
Step 6
Boil eggs. Put chopped parsley or green onions, an egg and broth in each serving on a plate.
