Peanuts must be fried in a pan without oil for 2-3 minutes. Stir the peanuts all the time while roasting and make sure that the nuts are not burnt. Then let the peanuts cool slightly and peel them off.

Grind the peanuts until smooth in a blender. Gradually add butter, honey, powdered sugar and salt to this mass. Beat well again with a blender.
