Chop fresh cabbage thinly, and then remember well with your hands. Rinse the onions, dry them, and then cut them into half rings. Carrots should be washed and peeled, and then grated on a coarse grater.

Combine carrots, onions and fresh cabbage in a separate container. In the meantime, get on with making your salad dressing. Take vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, and garlic crushed with a garlic press. Season the salad, then mix well and leave for about 20-30 minutes to soak. After the specified time, the salad can be eaten.

- sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;

- salt - 2 tbsp. l.

Chop the white cabbage, and then remember with the salt. Wash the pepper well, then cut the core, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Onions should be cut into small rings or half rings, grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Place these ingredients in a large saucepan, then add sugar and oil. Pour 100 ml of cold water into the vinegar. Add this mixture to the salad, then mix everything thoroughly and put in jars. From above, the salad must be tamped with a crush.
