If we adapt the delicacy to our locality, then fudge is almost a sherbet, only it is prepared using a slightly different technology. Strawberry fudge is sweet and delicious. But it is better to take fresh strawberries for the recipe.
It is necessary
- - a can of condensed milk;
- - 300 g of chopped strawberries;
- - 0.6 kg of powdered sugar;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice.

Coat a baking dish with butter.

Pour condensed milk into a saucepan, add powdered sugar there, add melted butter. Stir these ingredients. Bring to a boil, then add chopped fresh strawberries, lemon juice.

Cook, stirring constantly. It is necessary to cook the mass until it is called a "soft ball". It is very easy to check the degree of readiness of the mass: pour cold water into a glass, drip a little sweet mixture into it. If the mixture has become like a ball, then everything is ready, but if it has blurred, you need to cook more.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a mold. When it hardens a little, use a knife to draw some patterns on the surface.
Step 5
Then cool the mass to the end in the refrigerator and cut into portions. An airy and tasty strawberry delicacy is ready.
