Fudge is a type of iris. This dish is considered a traditional English delicacy. There are a lot of recipes for its preparation. You can cook fudge not only with marshmallows, but also with raisins, candied fruits, nuts or dried fruits.

- - 20 g butter
- - 150 g milk chocolate
- - 150 g dark chocolate
- - cognac
- - 1/2 can of condensed milk
- - 100 g marshmallow
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the chocolate with a grater or simply break it into small pieces. Melt the workpiece in a water bath and mix with condensed milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
Add two tablespoons of brandy and butter to the chocolate mass. Re-place the mixture in a water bath and wait until all ingredients are completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add chopped hazelnuts and marshmallows to the chocolate blank. Put the chocolate mixture in a mold or pour into several small containers. You can use, for example, wide glasses or glasses.
Step 4
Put the workpiece in the refrigerator for several hours. Wait until the mixture hardens, remove it from the mold and cut into portions.

Additionally, you can pour melted chocolate over the fudge or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
