- - icing sugar - 60 g;
- - pine nuts - 50 g;
- - cashew nuts - 20 g.

Step 1
In a separate cup, combine the following ingredients: icing sugar, butter, and milk powder. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.
Step 2
Add cream and pine nuts to the sugar-butter mass. Stir the resulting mixture until smooth. The result should be a delicate and soft fudge. If it turns out to be very runny, then fix it by adding a small amount of milk powder. Send it to the refrigerator and keep it there for 10 minutes.
Step 3
From a slightly frozen milk-creamy mass, it is necessary to mold small volumetric figures in the form of squares or balls. To do this, pinch off small pieces from it and roll them into the desired shape. At the end of this procedure, garnish the dessert with cashews or pine nuts. Place the food in the freezer for 20 minutes. The milk fudge is ready!
