Everyone knows a cold dessert called ice cream. It is usually prepared from cream, milk, butter, sugar, fruits, berries with the addition of any aromatic substances. A very interesting ice cream will turn out with the addition of white wine or cognac, consider both recipes.
White Wine Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 g creamy ice cream;
- 100 g fresh strawberries;
- 70 ml of sweet white wine;
- 70 g of seedless grapes.
Go through the strawberries, remove the stalks, wash, chop with a blender, or scroll in a meat grinder, if available.
Chill the wine, rinse the grapes, remove the berries from the bunches. Mix strawberry puree with creamy ice cream, arrange in glass vases, garnish with grapes, pour wine on top. Serve immediately before the ice cream has melted.
Cognac ice cream recipe
Ingredients:
- 300 g ice cream "Morozko"
- 5 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of whole milk;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cognac alcohol or brandy;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- a pinch of nutmeg.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with a mixer in a small saucepan, add milk, sugar, a pinch of nuts. Put the mass on a low heat, cook until thickened, not forgetting to stir.
Put the resulting cream in the refrigerator, then mix with cognac. Spread the ice cream on the bowls, pour the cognac garnish on top, immediately send the finished dessert to the table.
