Cut the greens into pieces, wash the berries. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth, add a little purified water to the mixture so that the cocktail resembles a drink, not a puree. This smoothie can be a complete afternoon snack or luncheon.

Use 2.5 cups unsweetened almond milk as a base for this recipe. Then add:

1 cup finely chopped lettuce or spinach

1/2 cup pineapple chunks (can be used fresh or frozen)

- 1 teaspoon of honey.

Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon, add it to a cup of warm water. Then add turmeric, ginger powder, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Add a spoonful of honey to the mixture and mix everything. Preparing this drink is faster than brewing tea or brewing coffee.

- 0.5 banana;

3/4 cup skim milk

Place a green tea bag in hot water and let it brew for three minutes. Remove the bag. Add a spoonful of honey to a teaspoon and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink cool. In a blender, combine berries, banana slices and milk. Add tea with honey to the mass and beat until smooth.
