No big celebration is complete without cakes. The delicacy is served for dessert at the end of the meal. Buying a cake, of course, is not a problem, but their prices are quite high, and the quality does not always justify the money spent. The cake with condensed milk is baked without using the oven, which greatly simplifies the cooking process.

- - baking powder for dough - 1 tsp;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - flour.

- - milk - three glasses;
- - butter - one pack;
- - sugar - 0.3 kg;
- - flour - 5-6 tbsp. l;
- - eggs - 2 pieces;
- - vanilla sugar - 1-2 teaspoons;
- - nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the condensed milk into a bowl or saucepan, drive in an egg and mix gently. Mix the flour with baking powder, sift through a sieve and add small portions to a bowl with condensed milk, knead a stiff elastic dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands. Divide the resulting lump into 8 equal parts and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin layer, the size of the pan.
Heat the pan without oil, lay out the cakes in turn and fry each on both sides. This will not take much time, about two to three minutes on each side. We lay out the finished cakes on the table and let them cool down a little. Then we put a plate on them and carefully cut them off with a knife to get even circles.
Step 2
Now we are preparing the custard for spreading the cakes. To do this, pour cold milk into a saucepan, beat out the eggs, add sugar - sand, flour and vanilla sugar, mix everything and put on a moderate heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and cook until thickened, it will take about 5 minutes, then remove the pan from heat. Add softened butter to the hot cream and beat with a mixer at low speed.
Step 3
Put the first crust on the cake dish, coat it generously with warm cream and cover with the next one. Similarly, we collect the whole cake. Grind the edges of the cakes that remained after cutting into crumbs using a rolling pin, mix with fried and chopped nuts and decorate the top and sides of the cake. If desired, sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
To make the cakes better saturated with cream, you can grease them with compote, sweet tea or coffee.
