Pastry "Potato" is a very tasty and quick dessert, which is not only suitable for everyday evening tea drinking, but also will become a decoration of the festive table.

- - 300 grams of crackers,
- - 120 grams of condensed milk,
- - 80 grams of sugar
- - 0.25 cups of walnuts,
- - 90 grams of butter,
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder,
- - 40 ml of milk,
- - vanillin to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind 300 grams of crackers in any convenient way.
Step 2
Grind the peeled walnuts in a blender. We put several large pieces of the nut aside; they will be needed for decoration. Combine nuts with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Put soft butter in a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of vanillin (two can be to taste), 4 tablespoons of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, mix well. The sugar should be completely dissolved. Can be beaten with a mixer or fork.
Step 4
Combine the cream with a dry mixture (from nuts and crackers), mix. You will get a crumbly mass. Add milk in small portions, stir until a sticky mass is formed, which should keep its shape well.
Step 5
From the resulting mixture we make a cake in the form of a potato. We make the same way as snowballs on the street. We form a dense lump, tamp it. We give the desired shape, you can make it round or oval - a matter of taste. Sprinkle the finished cakes with cocoa or powdered sugar. Decorate the cake with the remaining walnuts, then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
