There are a lot of recipes for making cakes. Not a single event in our life is complete without them. Each housewife has a lot of tricks and methods of making dough. - butter (500 g);
- condensed milk (1 can).

Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl and mixer, beat eggs, add sugar and salt.

In each glass of kefir, extinguish a spoonful of soda with vinegar and add kefir to the whipped mass.

Take a sieve and sift the cocoa flour. Combine gradually with the egg mass. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 180 C.

Place baking paper in a split form.

Put 1/3 of the dough in it, level and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Turn the finished cake over onto the wire rack, remove the paper.
Step 8
Bake two more cakes in the same way.
Step 9
To prepare the cream, whisk the softened butter well with condensed milk using a mixer.
Step 10
Lubricate the cooled cakes with the resulting cream.
Step 11
Place the cakes on top of each other. You can decorate the cake with grated chocolate and chopped nuts - walnuts, hazelnuts, or almonds. The cake with condensed milk is ready!
