Most housewives believe that chicken wings can only be fried. However, with a certain skill, and after spending a little time, you can get spicy, surprisingly tasty dishes.
Chicken wings in batter
You will need:
- chicken wings - 10 pcs;
- ketchup - 1 pack small;
- garlic - 3-5 cloves to taste;
- salt, pepper, chicken seasoning;
- flour - 1-2 tablespoons;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sunflower oil.
First, prepare the marinade. In a deep bowl, mix the ketchup, salt, garlic and seasonings (the amount of garlic and pepper, depending on taste). Put the wings in the marinade and leave for a couple of hours. Then we prepare the batter: in a separate bowl, beat the egg and salt, add a little water and flour in small portions. Mix the batter thoroughly so that there are no lumps left. In terms of density, the batter should turn out like sour cream. Dip the pickled wings in batter and fry in a large amount of sunflower oil on both sides.
Spicy - honey wings
You will need:
- chicken wings - 10 pcs.
For the marinade:
- dry red wine - 200 ml;
- honey - 2 tbsp;
- dill greens;
- ginger - 1 tsp;
- salt, chicken seasoning mixture.
Finely chop the greens, rub the ginger on a fine grater. We mix all the ingredients for the marinade, mix thoroughly. We wash the wings, place in the marinade and leave for 2-3 hours (you can overnight). We bake chicken wings on the wire rack. The wings in a sweet marinade burn quickly, so you need to turn them over often enough.
