Muffins - small cupcakes are very widely represented on store shelves. They are chocolate and vanilla, fruit and berry, with candied fruits and nuts. But this simple treat can be quickly prepared at home using a microwave oven.
Coffee and chocolate cake
You will need:
- flour - 3 tablespoons;
- egg - 1 piece;
- milk - 2 tablespoons;
- sugar - 3 tbsp;
- cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons;
- instant coffee - 1 tsp;
- baking powder for dough - 1/4 tsp;
- vanilla sugar - 1/2 tsp;
- sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons
Pour flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, coffee and cocoa into a bowl, mix the ingredients. Add the egg, milk and sunflower oil to the bulk, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl (mug, baking dish) and send it to the microwave for 1, 5 - 2 minutes. Remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
Chocolate nut muffins
You will need:
- flour - 4-5 tbsp;
- egg - 1 piece;
- milk - 50 g;
- water - 1 tbsp;
- butter - 50 g;
- vanilla sugar;
- cocoa powder - 1-2 tablespoons;
- bitter chocolate 50 g;
- icing sugar (optional) - 4 tablespoons;
- nuts (any to taste) - 2 tbsp;
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
Chop the nuts with a knife or in a blender. Mix all dry ingredients together with nuts in a deep bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with water and milk. In a steam bath, melt the chocolate, let it cool and pour it into a bowl with eggs and milk in a thin stream, stir. We combine the liquid and dry parts, mix thoroughly and put into molds. We put in the microwave for 1 minute. At the end, we leave in a closed oven for 2-3 minutes, then try the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. If necessary, bake for more, about 30-45 seconds. Sprinkle the finished muffins with icing sugar.
