We need the following ingredients (for 6 servings):
- rice (it is better to take steamed long grain) - 200 g (or 400 g boiled);
- sausages - 300 g;
- frozen champignons (you can take seasonal mushrooms) - 250 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- egg - 2-3 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Step-by-step recipe:
- Boil rice in slightly salted water. If you already have boiled rice, skip this step.
- Peel the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.
- Rinse the mushrooms, dry and cut into medium pieces.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms on it until the main liquid evaporates.

- any sausages - 5-7 pcs.;
- cream (10%) - 70-80 ml;
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 150-200 g;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- salt, spices (black pepper, dried herbs) - to taste.
Step by step recipe:
- Rinse potatoes, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
- Cut the sausages into circles.
- Combine eggs with cream, garlic, salt and spices squeezed in a garlic press.
- Take a baking sheet, cover with foil. Try to keep some of the foil over the edges of the baking sheet. Lubricate the foil on the bottom with a little vegetable oil.
- Place one half of the potato on the bottom. Then put the sausages in the second layer, the last layer is the rest of the potatoes.
- For a finishing touch, fill your dish with the egg-cream mixture. Cover the casserole with the foil protruding from the sides of the baking sheet to avoid overdrying the potatoes while cooking.
- Bake in an oven well preheated to 180-190 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
- Then remove the foil on top, pour all the grated cheese on top of the dish, bake for another 7-10 minutes until a beautiful golden crust forms on top.

Zucchini casserole with sausages

- any sausages - 3-4 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;

Step by step recipe:
- Peel the zucchini, cut it into circles no more than 4-5 mm thick.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin slices.
- The sausages should also be cut into slices.
- Squeeze the garlic in a garlic press or chop very finely.
- Take a baking sheet, lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Place half of the zucchini on top of it, place half of the tomatoes on top. Then add a little salt and pepper to the dish.
- Put all the sausages on the zucchini and tomatoes. And put the remaining tomatoes on the sausages. The last layer is the second half of the zucchini.
