"Winter" salad is one of the names of the famous "Olivier" salad.     • For the salad:
    • 1 chicken breast or 200 g beef
    • 400 g potatoes
    • 2 medium pickled cucumbers
    • 1 cup canned green peas
    • 1 medium onion
    • 200 g mayonnaise
    • 3 eggs

    • 150 ml olive oil
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 1, 5 teaspoons of sugar
    • 1/3 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice
