Cottage cheese, if it is grainy, grind through a sieve or beat with a blender. It is better to take cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%.

Add egg, sugar, flour and mix well with a spoon or fork. The dough will be sticky.

Pour in melted butter, stir. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, cover it with a lid. After that, the dough will not be very sticky.

Let's prepare the berries. Fresh strawberries, red and black currants, blueberries, apples, bananas, cherries, apricots are good for curd dumplings. Frozen - black currants, pitted cherries, blackberries, blueberries, honeysuckle.
If they are fresh, rinse, dry and remove the tails. If frozen - get it to defrost a little.
Step 5
From a small piece of dough in the palm of your hand, make a cake and put berries in the middle. We pinch the edges and form a ball, rolling lightly between the palms. We do this until the dough runs out.

Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
