It is necessary
- For 14 pieces:
- - 400 g flour;
- - 200 g of butter;
- - 4-6 tbsp. water;
- - a couple of pinches of salt;
- - 400 g of canned saury;
- - a bunch of dill greens;
- - black pepper to taste;
- - yolk for greasing pies;
- - sesame seeds for sprinkling if desired.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking puff chopped dough. To do this, first put the butter in the freezer for an hour and a half so that it freezes well. Then grate it on a cold fine grater and rub with your hands with flour and salt into crumbs.
Step 2
Add water just enough to roll the dough into a ball.
Step 3
Wrap the resulting ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and prepare the baking sheet by lining it with baking paper.
Step 5
Take it out, roll it into a layer and using a mug, small bowl or mold, cut out circles with a diameter of about 10 centimeters.
Step 6
For the filling, finely chop the dill and mix well in a large bowl with crushed saury and black pepper on a fork.
Step 7
Place a teaspoon of filling over each round of dough and pinch the edges of the pie with a fork. Gently transfer the patties to the prepared baking sheet. Make 3-4 small cuts on top with a knife.
Step 8
Beat the yolk lightly with a fork in a cup and grease the blanks. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Step 9
Send to the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes: they should be well browned! Can be served directly from the oven or chilled!
